Hello Lovely Naomi. Can I suggest you purchase a good old fashioned electric fry pan? Then the world of stove top ,walls will return to you. Can I also suggest I trip to a camping shop for a couple of inexpensive items to lessen the burden. Let me know if you need a personal shopper for the latter. Also do you have a bbq outdoors?

I agree with the electric frypan and BBQ suggestions. I have a Sunbeam electric feypan which is big enough to cook meals such as meatballs, curries etc for 4+ adults. With a BBQ you can cook roasts or recipes that need an oven.
